This house is an excellent example of a well-executed remodeling and partial demolition, blending a Mediterranean style with contemporary touches. The single-story structure features a symmetrical design with a covered porch supported by arches, enhancing its classic Spanish-inspired aesthetic. The exterior walls are finished in beige stucco, complemented by a stone veneer base in earthy tones that add texture and durability. The roof is covered with traditional red clay tiles, providing excellent thermal insulation and reinforcing the rustic appeal. The large windows with aluminum frames introduce modernity, maximizing natural light. The driveway and walkways are stamped concrete with an elegant cobblestone pattern, offering aesthetics and functionality. Decorative wall-mounted lanterns enhance the entrance’s charm. The landscaped front yard features a manicured lawn, flower beds, and a curved walkway towards the main entrance. A wooden fence on the side ensures privacy while blending with the architectural style. This remodeling project modernized the home while preserving its traditional essence, incorporating durable materials and refined details for a timeless, elegant look.
